God, I don’t know why I cannot stay awake today! I have to take a nap every so often. I stayed awake long enough to go to Hays to get my blood work done for Dr. Custer, but other than that, it has been a totally wasted Monday.

My clothes are packed for the trip to Kansas City. I would like to get out of Russell by noon so I can make it to Buffalo Wild Wings in time to see Robb and Dawn, but if I don’t, I just want to get in there at a decent hour.

I’ve got work to do if I want to be on the road by noon. Looks like it will be a long night/early morning, but I should be able to make it up with early bed tomorrow in KC.

Speaking of wasted, the Jets looked terrible tonight on Monday Night Football. They were steamrolled by the Colts at home 41-10. That puts Indianapolis into a three-way tie for first place in the AFC South with Houston and Tennessee with four weeks to go. The Texans have the advantage on tiebreakers, but with three teams at 6-6, the division is terrible. Who knows what will happen?
